More Kevin Pictures!

Brothers - reunited at the baggage claim. Talking to Brett and Sara...at the same time.
Paige and Carrie waiting paitently.
Kirk looks happy to see Kev.
Coming down the escalator - kind of like an Austin Powers moment because it was so slow.
4 of the sibs (plus two on cell phones and one driving)
Paige was excited to see Lolo!
Ben was too - this is his reaction to meeting Kevin for the first time.

Kevy's home!

Just down the escalator and on the phone to Brett and Sara

at the same time!

He's home!

Siblings at the airport. Erin set a new record arriving from the city. At home, here are the cookies Carrie made-----can you believe it? And they are delicious!

This morning---everyone finally up. It was 3:00 when the lights finally went out at Steed manor.

Ooops, more airport pictures----dad and son
A nice lady whose son just came home from Ireland took this picture. A Hungarian returned sister was also on Kev's flight, but they weren't aware of each other. Before Kev came down, as we were waiting anxiously at the bottom of the escalator, another nice couple stopped and said, "He's coming. He had to stop and use the restroom!"

A wonderful reuionion!

Dad and I are putting in the stove and then tomorrow the wood guy Guy arrives to start on the floor. Yea!

Burpboards, Baby Snatchers, and Caleb

Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending the day with Susie and Mr. Cutie Pants aka Caleb. When he awoke from his nap, he was the sweetest, most agreeable little baby, and so so cute! Here he is getting a big burp after his lunch.

Biiiiiiiig yawn! He's so close to smiling.Later, I accompanied Sus and Caleb to their baby shower in Shell Beach, or as Tyler referred it, "An annoying gaggle of women ". True to Tyler's warnings to Caleb, he was immediately snatched from Susie upon entering the room. "Um, um, ok...I guess you can hold him. Um..." Just give it up Suz, these women were not to be denied. So we checked out the spread: ganache filled raspberry brownie bites, german chocolate chocolate dipped cake bites, oreo covered marshmallows, bananas, strawberries, coconut covered pineapple, and apples for dipping into milk and peanut/milk chocolate, and hot cocoa. Good eats!Baby snatcher #2. I think Suz got him back after about an hour (but only for 5 minutes.) But wouldn't you want to hold this little angel boy??Time to open gifts!! Baby snatcher #10 in the background. I thought I was going to hold him while she opened the presents:(

There were lots of cute little outfits.
And these little shoes, handmade of boiled wool by a woman there. They looked like the Robeez shoes, but much cuter.

But the hit of the night had to be the Burpboards. Sorry- I didn't turn this photo.

These were handmade by a friend of Suz and Tyler, who copied the design of Tyler's surfboard to make these little burpcloths.

She also designed these cute little onesies.

But this was, without a doubt, the funniest onesie there (also made by the same girl). Can you tell who that face is? And what he's holding??

For those of you with bad eyesight, it's Tyler and a dental drill.

Susie wasn't forgotten, either. She received some spa products, and some very nice Clinique (I think) eye cream for dark circles.

But we weren't getting out of there after the gifts were opened. These ladies like to party if a newborn is around. Baby snatcher #11, with eager helpers all around. That's Ila Winn's niece on the left (super sweet!). We finally pried Caleb out of their loving, doting arms after 10pm, and thus ended the shower. It was a beautiful event and I could tell that everyone there adores the Wilson family.

How could you not???

Thanks for letting me be a part of it all, Suz!

Stoves are in!

Dad got to spend quality time in the attic today, fighting claustrophobia and winning! And here is the closet in the brown bedroom with the fuse box wires exposed from the inside. Dad had to drop a huge wire down through a slot and into this area, behind the drywall.

And, luckily, Jimmy and friends were available to move the ovens! Yea!

That is not someone taking a rest-----this was supposed to be the opposite view from the closet picture, with everything piled on the bed.

Self portrait-----my job is painting today, and I'm lovin' it! Serenity now!

The stove movers----all they want is cookies.

Voila! The stoves in their proper place. Looks much more impressive in person.
